Consulting

People data can be complicated and hard to make sense of, but I can help to find the useful information buried in all that noise. I consult with HR and business leaders to help find insight and direction in their people data, and then redesign work to be more motivating and less stressful for workers.

I also provide research-informed design/redesign of HR activities (Surveys, Performance Management, etc), and can design and deliver trainings on various topics.

Coaching

When workers experience a range of work-related pressures or conflicts, I help them address and manage those issues, so they can put their attention on what matters: performing effectively, their professional development, and making their work easier and more reproducible.

I also support workers to successfully navigate moments of transition, such as early-career high potential workers adjusting to a new role, first time managers, and new executives.
